This role is perfect for someone with a passion for the leisure industry, who can lead a team to deliver outstanding service and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for all guests.About the Role: As Duty Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring high standards of service and safety are met. You’ll manage a team of staff, monitor customer satisfaction, and play a hands-on role in enhancing the overall visitor experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career while contributing to a valued community space.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring safety and service standards
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff across the facility
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and incidents with professionalism
  • Manage facility maintenance, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policies
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the leisure or hospitality sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • NPLQ in date 
  • Enhanced DBS or willing to undertake
