Details of this Carpenter Role:
As a Carpenter, you will perform maintenance duties within the social housing sector and represent your employer professionally. This Carpenter role involves managing your own daily assigned jobs, starting from your home. Tasks include all aspects of carpentry repairs and replacements of doors, windows, and kitchen units. In addition to carpentry, you will have associated skills and experience in basic plumbing, tiling, painting/decorating, and patch plastering repairs. This Carpenter role is a temporary to permanent position and will expect you to have effective communication skills, and experience working in a building and/or housing maintenance environment, including knowledge of varied housing stock.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Carpenter:
- Basic Multi skills
- Experience in residential properties
- Good social skills
- Good customer service
- DBS check (We supply)
- Driver’s License
- Qualifications
