the role
As chef de partie you will prepare your section in this rosette awarded kitchen, you will create great rosette dishes in service and prepare great produce. it is NOT volume here, it is all about great rosette plates done well. this role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
experience
we are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background, able to cook to at least a 2 rosette level. you will be passionate about food. if you are a junior sous chef level, they do have a junior sous chef gap as well, still apply for this role.
