The operation boasts a stunning outdoor restaurant – celebrating the best of British seasonal produce - private dining space, afternoon tea style café and an opulent deli. You can expect to be part of a thriving professional team which strives to maintain impeccable standards, with a core focus on the use of their ingredients.
Chef de Partie benefits:

Chef de Partie requirements:
- A highly driven, ambitious, passionate and organised Chef de Partie.
- A Chef de Partie with strong practical experience having trained in professional food led kitchens.
- A Chef de Partie with good access to the Richmond area.
- A Chef de Partie who is passionate about using the freshest produce, working with the local community and who shares the “sustainability” ethos of the restaurant.
