About the job

The successful candidate will manage a team of Sales Consultants to meet input and output targets. In order to do this, you'll need to work closely with the front office, to promote close collaboration in order to maximise long and short-term business opportunities.As a billing manger, you'll need to balance your time between managing a smaller patch of personal clients, with investing in your team's development. This will enable you and them, to take full advantage of our un-capped commission structure. We understand that nurturing our staff and allowing them to grow in a supportive environment, not only benefits us but also them in reaching their full potential and career goals.

This role would suit someone from a Sales, Recruitment or call centre background. 

Role Responsibilities

  •  Motivate and engage the team to hit their targets and exceed expectations
  • Have a winning strategy for New Business
  • Achieve individual targets for calls, market appraisals, instructions, and revenue
  • Recruit, onboard and train
  • Build a positive and productive team culture to drive results and engagement
  • Manage a team of Consultants, providing consistent coaching and guidance
  • Monitor the performance of the team and provide regular performance updates to the Head of Outbound Sales
  • Identify and address any performance issues within the team
  • Develop and implement team training plans to upskill team members and improve performance
  • Ensure systems are being used accurately
  • Ensure that all team members are following all Hive procedures, processes and frameworksEssential Skills And Experience
  • Display a strong track record of coaching and mentoring
  • Experience within Property sector (preferred)
  • Driven and motivated to exceed targets
  • Ability to adapt, grow and learn quickly
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
