Our client, a market leader within the London New Homes market is actively looking to recruit a new Sales Executive. Based in West London, you will be operating and selling from a brand-new development which launches imminently.If you're looking to take your next step in property, our client is open minded on your experience and would be interested in you if you have New Homes or agency experience. It's all about the energy you can bring to the team!A bit more about the role:Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective buyers, providing detailed information on available properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and showcase the unique features and benefits of each home.
  • Negotiate and finalise sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships 
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all clients.
Requirements:
  • Entry to Mid-level experience in estate agency or New Homes
  • Resilient and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
