Office based, 9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday, possibility to work from home after 6 months.

One of the UK's leading reputable legal organisations are seeking a dedicated Legal PA to join their highly experienced specialist conveyancing team.

This large team of specialist lawyers provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance throughout the property buying and selling process to ensure a seamless and successful transaction. You will gain access to high quality work, long term opportunities and an environment built on people first.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing your own tasks whilst also providing support to colleagues on more intricate issues. Your daily responsibilities will encompass a blend of secretarial and administrative duties, including:

Role:

  • Managing incoming email and post.
  • Assisting with dictation.
  • Opening and closing files.
  • Drafting contracts and transfer documents.
  • Preparing completion statements and Land Registry applications and assisting with Land Registry requisitions.
  • Preparing Stamp Duty Land Tax returns.
  • Engaging with clients and estate agents on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Experience within conveyancing or equivalent.
  • Possess strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
  • Display exceptional attention to detail.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
