The key responsibilities for the role of Collections Account Manager (HYBRID WORKING) include:

  • chase arrears and manage allocation of cash for all arrears
  • manage the billing of late payment interest where required
  • ensure correct allocation of cash by liaising with accounts department
  • ensure compliance with consumer credit legislation

Profile
