About Us:Academics are currently looking for a Sports graduate who is passionate in supporting teachers of Physical Education in a vibrant school in Richmond. The school has a well-structured Physical Education (PE) department which focus on promoting healthy lifestyles and sporting excellence within the school. The School are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant to support their dynamic team of PE teachers and help inspire the next generation of athletes.

The school has a well-structured PE curriculum which focus on the development of young pupils who aspire to become athletes in the future. The school have state of the art sports facilities which allows every student to have access to as part of the PE curriculum. The school have a key focus on sports such as football, hockey, rugby and Tennis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support PE teachers in delivering lessons across a range of activities across year 3 to year 7.
  • Provide individual and group support to students during lessons and sports activities.
  • Assist in the setup and management of PE equipment.
  • Help supervise students during physical activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Support the delivery of after-school sports clubs, fixtures, and events.
  • Assist with the assessment of students' progress in PE.
  • Provide general administrative support to the PE department as required.

The school are looking for a committed and passionate teaching assistant who is able to work on a full time basis from September onwards. The school is based in Richmond and the school times are 08:30am to 4pm.
