We’re looking for a proactive and organised Events Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. If you thrive on planning, logistics, and bringing events to life, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating and delivering a range of events across the region

  • Managing logistics, suppliers, venues, and on-the-day operations

  • Working with internal teams, speakers, and partners to ensure smooth delivery

  • Supporting promotional activity and event communications

  • Handling budgets and post-event reporting

  • Acting as the main contact point for all event-related activity

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in event coordination or a similar role

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines

  • Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings for events

  • A team player who’s confident working independently when needed
