We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support in a High Net Worth ("HNW") environment. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a wide range of tasks, including:
- Managing the multiple calendars and schedules
- Book travel and meeting for CEOs across the group companies
- Handling correspondence and emails
- Making travel arrangements
- Arranging appointments and meetings
- Running errands
- Providing general administrative support
- Upholding a confidential and discreet approach at all times
- Managing insurance renewals and contract terms for a variety of assets
- Support with the processing of purchase orders and supplier payments
- Managing standing orders for utilities and other services
- Managing air miles and booking flights, holidays, and restaurants
- Obtaining visas and other travel documents
- Managing licenses (driving, passport, etc.)
- Organising events
- Managing property (including staff and housekeepers)
- Scheduling doctor's, dentist, and hospital appointments
- Managing diaries
- Liaising with legal professionals
