Audit and Accounts Manager

Your new roleThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, ambitious and client-focused individual to join a highly professional and friendly team. Working with the senior managers and partners, the main duties of the role will include:Audit work - audit planning, setting up audit tests and reviewing audit files, assisting with audit completion both individually and as part of an audit team using CCH automated audit software;SME company accounts in accordance with FRS 102/FRS 102 Section 1A;Reviewing and involvement in the preparation of management accounts;Sole trader/partnership accounts preparation and reviews of the same;Corporation tax;Review of VAT returns; andClient development and advisoryWhat you'll need to succeedYou will be a qualified accountant, ICAEW, ICAS, CA, ACCA, with at least five year's general practice experience gained in a small to medium-sized firm. You will be experienced in auditing and preparing accounts.
