Kenneth Brian Associates are currently recruiting for a growing business based in Richmond in their search for an experienced Finance Manager.

They are looking for a skilled Financial Specialist to become a key part of their growing organization. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in finance, with hands-on experience using software like QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage. In this position, you will oversee financial documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver strategic financial insights to guide critical business initiatives.

This is a hybrid role.

Key Duties:

  • Produce and manage comprehensive financial reports aligned with accounting standards.
  • Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
  • Perform routine account and bank reconciliations to verify data accuracy.
  • Leverage financial tools and software to optimize operations.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities for effective financial planning.
  • Contribute to tax return preparation, ensuring adherence to tax laws.
  • Work closely with other teams, offering financial expertise to inform key decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in finance or accounting roles.

  • Expertise in software like QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms.

  • Strong grasp of financial principles and best practices.

  • Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment, showcasing strong communication skills.
