Kenneth Brian Associates, are recruiting for a leader in their field as they look for an interim Finance Manager to join their team for a period of 6 months to cover sick leave.
Main Duties:
- Management of a small team of 5 with 1 direct report.
- Month and year-end Profit and Loss accounts
- Manage company’s ongoing monthly and annual cashflow and produce budgets and forecasts
- Ensure that all financial transactions are correctly recorded, executed and monitored
- Monitor all accounts including processing all invoices for purchases and sales
- Preparing financials statements
- Process quarterly VAT returns
- Manage Fixed Asset Register
- Monthly Management Accounts
- All reconciliations
- Supervise preparation of monthly payments to creditors
- Month end procedures - including prepayments and accruals
- Monthly Payroll and Commission calculations
- Liaison with Directors / External Accountant
About You:
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel
- MUST BE AVAILABLE AT SHORT NOTICE
- Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Staff management experience
