The key responsibilities for the role Recoveries Account Manager (HYBRID WORKING) include:
- manage a portfolio of arrears cases within the 60-90 day aged debt category
- work with supplier, vendor and broker partners to bring a positive impact to the collection process
- arranging sustainable repayment plans
- responsible for completion of the collection and recovery process
Profile
The successful candidate fro the role of Recoveries Account Manager (HYBRID WORKING) will have:
- experience is asset finance is essential
- knowledge of contract and consumer is essential
- collections experience - bad debt collection, insolvency, litigation and asset recovery
- excellent communication skills
