Description
The key responsibilities for Recoveries Account Manager (HYBRID WORKING) include:
- Managing a portfolio of arrears cases within the 60-90 aged debt category
- Arranging sustainable repayment plans
- Responsible for completion of the collection and recovery process in order to minimise risk, prevent arrears and ensure timely collection of payments
- Review cases for bad debt provision recommendation
- Review accounts where recovery is unlikely or not cost effective
Profile
The successful candidate for the role of Recoveries Account Manager (HYBRID WORKING) will have:
- minimum of 2/3 years of collections/recoveries experience - specifically bad debt collection, insolvency, litigation and asset recovery
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of contract and consumer credit
