We are currently seeking a talented and proactive Bid Coordinator to join the marketing team of our client, a leading law firm based in Richmond. Joining their modern and collaborative offices, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end bid coordination process and supporting the growth of the firm. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a client-centric environment and make a significant impact on our client's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive a truly client-centric approach to the firm's end-to-end pitching process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information and develop compelling bid responses.
  • Coordinate and manage the entire bid process, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards maintained.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of bid documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with tender requirements.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of bid content.
  • Identify and research opportunities for business development and growth across practise areas.
  • Organise and support debrief reviews.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in bid coordination, ideally within the legal sector or similar fields.
  • Experience in legal panel bidding and use of bid/procurement portals strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
  • Proactive and collaborative team player with knowledge of tendering processes.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint.
  • Degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
