Conveyancing Fee Earners

My client is seeking a minimum of 1 year+ PQE Conveyancing Fee Earner (either Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join the teams at thier Richmond office.

The role will involve advising clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new build and shared ownership.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, the ability to prioritise work, confidence to work within a fast-paced environment and good attention to detail. Proven experience in managing their own caseload.

Assistant support may be provided or could work on a self-sufficient basis.

The successful candidate will have a good level of technical knowledge and they will preferably have knowledge of case management systems.

The position is permanent and ideally full-time but we would consider part time of no less than 3 days per week. Hybrid working is also available.
