One of our clients is seeking an experienced concierge for a luxury residential building in Richmond.
The salary range for this position is £38,000 to £42,000 per year.
The role requires 42 hours of work from Monday to Friday, with no shifts or weekend duties.
Candidates should have experience in luxury residential or hotel environments and possess strong interpersonal skills.
The ideal applicant should be self-sufficient, mature, and willing to take a hands-on approach when necessary.

About the role:

Salary expectations are: 38 - 42k
Hours; 42 working Monday to Friday only, so no shift patterns and no weekends.

Highly presentable with strong interpersonal skills
Experience in luxury residential/hotel
Ability to communicate effectively with high-net-worth individuals
Self-sufficient and able to work independently
Demonstrates maturity and accountability in a lone role
