LHH Recruitment is seeking a German-speaking Accountant for a leading manufacturing company in North Yorkshire.
The position is a 3-6 month contract, offering a salary of £400 per day (outside IR35).
The role is primarily remote, requiring only 1-2 days on-site each month in North Yorkshire.
Key responsibilities include resolving tax issues, writing policies for reporting, and identifying training needs for the finance team.
Fluency in German and significant experience with German accounts are required, with a preference for candidates who are qualified or QBE.

3-6 month contract

£400 per day (outside IR35)

85% remote, with 1-2 days per month on site in North Yorkshire

Responsibilities:

Investigating & resolving tax issues
Writing policies & procedures for reporting
Identifying areas in which the finance team needs to be trained & what they need to look out for

Must be fluent in German / highly experienced with German accounts & ideally qualified / QBE

Reporting to Group Finance Director
