Level 3 Qualified Practitioner – Richmond – Immediate Start

We are collaborating with a nursery school in Richmond to hire a permanent L3 Early Years Practitioner. The nursery offers a bright, open-plan environment for children, along with excellent training and skill development opportunities. This is a year-round position.

The Role As a Level 3 practitioner in this supportive and inclusive atmosphere, you will be responsible for assisting babies aged 0 to 1 years. Your duties will include creating a safe and enriching educational environment. A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is crucial. Additionally, this position allows you to creatively employ resources to inspire and elevate the children's learning experiences.

The ideal candidate

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
  • Knowledge of child development theories and practices
  • Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
