Discover your calling as a Nursery Room Leader & 3rd in charge at a warm and nurturing nursery setting, located on Ham Street, Richmond. This nursery is brand new (opening March/April 2025) so this is a very exciting role as you will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on things and be an integral part of the new team.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
  • Familiarity with EYFS and safeguarding principles
  • Passion for early years foundation and creating exceptional learning experiences
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships
  • Demonstrated commitment to personal and team development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Paediatric First Aid certification
