Discover your calling as a Nursery Room Leader & 3rd in charge at a warm and nurturing nursery setting, located on Ham Street, Richmond. This nursery is brand new (opening March/April 2025) so this is a very exciting role as you will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on things and be an integral part of the new team.

As the 3rd in charge, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a happy team and a happy nursery, ensuring that every child receives exceptional play and learning opportunities. You will work closely with the management team and have the full support needed to progress in your career.
Embrace the opportunity to work 4 or 5 days a week, with flexible shifts between 7.30am and 6.30pm. Your genuine care for children, parents, and the team, along with your dedication to building and maintaining positive relationships, will help shape the future of our nursery.
Preferred Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
- Familiarity with EYFS and safeguarding principles
- Passion for early years foundation and creating exceptional learning experiences
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships
- Demonstrated commitment to personal and team development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS check
- Paediatric First Aid certification
