Our client is looking for an Optical Practice Manager to work in their beautiful high end modern Practice based in Richmond. This modern independent store is building a team of amazing people and looking for a keen, customer focused, bubbly candidate to come and join and help set up their brand new store.
Richmond - Tranquill riverside village is such a welcoming place which offers plenty of community spirit. It has historic pubs, upscale restaurants and an enormous park. Maybe you might even spot deer in Richmond Park or visit the world famous Kew Gardens in your lunch break or after work on a sunny day.

The Role
- Doing the day to day running of an optical practice
- Ensuring that customer service is at the top of your agenda
- Target setting, monitoring, and driving the business forward
- Staff training and keeping the team motivated and engaged
- Administration responsibilities and compliance
- Working closely with the team and area manager.
- Optical experience and previous experience in leadership roles
- Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
- Confident, friendly, and organised
- Fast paced environment
**You will need previous managerial experience in an opticians to apply for this role. **
