- Provide dedicated PA support to three Directors, including: Managing inboxes and diaries.
- Preparing meeting materials and taking minutes.
- Developing presentations and coordinating industry group meetings (TLIC and LARG).
- Handling communications with key stakeholders.
- Lead and manage compliance and customer service projects within the Lettings division.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and operate smoothly.
- Oversee team schedules and assist with newsletters, template updates, and general administrative tasks.
- Prepare quarterly compliance reports, coordinate training sessions, and support business plan reviews.
- Lettings Customer Service Team: Handles complaints and feedback across the Lettings Division, led by three Directors.
- Lettings Compliance Team: A group of nine specialists focused on ensuring adherence to complex legislation and private rental sector standards.
- Experienced: Previous experience as a PA or administrator is essential. Familiarity with the lettings industry is a bonus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in tools like MS Office, Teams, Zoom, and Smartsheets.
- Highly Organized: Capable of multitasking, prioritizing workloads, and meeting tight deadlines.
