An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Events focused Senior Sous Chef passionate about working with fresh food in volume.
The role involves working in an Events space that caters to both small and large volumes, alongside a team led by the Executive and Head Chef.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3-4 years' experience as a fresh food Events Sous Chef, with a strong emphasis on leadership and volume experience.
The position offers a basic salary package of up to £48,000, primarily working daytime hours with occasional evenings and Saturdays.

I have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Events focused Senior Sous Chef, someone who is passionate about working with fresh food to volume..

You will be working in an Events space which caters for both small and large volume when needed.

We are looking for a Senior Sous to work closely with the team, headed up by the Exec and Head Chef.

I'm keen to speak with current UK based Chef`s with a minimum of 3-4 years' experience of delivering as a fresh food Events Sous Chef... You will be passionate about using fresh ingredients, and working where possible in delivering the highest standards ... this really is a superb opportunity as you will also benefit from an onsite experience of the Exec and Head Chef who are there to help support.

Leadership experience is a must..

Volume experience in this role is important..

Working mainly Daytime hours with only occasional Evenings and Saturdays .

Basic Salary package Up to £48,000..
