We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Students: Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their potential.

  • 1:1 Assistance: Work closely with individual students, delivering targeted support and interventions.

  • Group Sessions: Lead small group sessions, focusing on specific learning objectives.

  • Behavior Management: Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment, implementing behavior management strategies when necessary.

  • Communication: Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best support for students with SEN.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of students' progress and development.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people with special educational needs is preferred.
