About the Role:As a SEND Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities include:
- Supporting students with SEND, including SEMH and MLD, to achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Creating an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and tailored lessons.
- Building positive relationships with students to foster their confidence and independence.
- Previous experience in an SEN-focused role is desirable, but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- A compassionate and adaptive approach to working with students.
