  • Advise line managers on HR-related issues and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including attendance, performance, disciplinaries, and grievances.
  • Oversee payroll reconciliation and validation.
  • Support HRBPs with initiatives to improve line management capability.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and address issues.
  • Update HR policies to reflect best practices and organizational values.
  • Support HR Coordinators' professional development.

Profile

A successful 'HR Advisor' should have:

  • Proven background in handling disciplinary, grievances, attendance, and performance-related employee relations cases (to an in-depth level).
  • Effective and clear communicator, capable of building strong relationships at all levels.
  • Skilled in using initiative for problem-solving and making decisions on moderately complex issues, with sound judgement on when to escalate.
  • Desirable CIPD Level 3 certification or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and reporting tools, including MS Office suite.
  • Experience in revising and updating HR policies.
