Role – IT Business Analyst aka Solutions Analyst, BA / QA Analyst, Product Owner

Location – Richmond, Surrey / SW London – 2 days office – 36 hrs

Salary – c. 40K + 11% Pension + Bonus + 25 days rising to 29 + lots of Freebees and Discounts (salary review 1st April)

You

  • Skilled in requirements gathering, testing, and delivering IT projects.
  • Excellent communicator who can collaborate across teams

It would be great if you have

  • Familiarity with business applications and Microsoft environments is a plus.
  • A focus of work early in the project lifecyle developing proof of concepts or business cases

The Role:

  • Collaborate with teams to analyse processes, systems, and data for digital and tech solutions.
  • Lead workshops, build Proofs of Concept, and create product backlogs.
  • Map ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes, perform gap analysis, and design test cases.
  • Support in testing and resolving business application issues.
