19.00-20.00 per hour Saturday
Shifts: Monday to Thursday, 07:30-16:00. Friday, 06:00-14:00
Hours per week: 40 hours plus overtime

Role Summary:
* Responsible for overseeing the Overhaul/Assembly of cables, harnesses and other products to the customers' requirements.
* Responsible for the Repair, Routine Maintenance and Overhaul of electrical assemblies used in the Rail industry.
* Skills required in crimping, measuring, and assembling of electrical harnesses/looms.
* Testing completed assemblies to ensure functionality and reliability.
* Recording and updating details of any work completed.
* Writing and implementing Work instructions/Overhaul procedures.
* Ensuring work is completed and delivered on time.
* Use of equipment including hand and power tools.
* Ensure that all Health and Safety legislations and regulations are adhered to by the department.
* Supervising a small team of electrical engineers/assemblers.

Experience Required:
* Experience in an electrical assembly role
* Understanding of engineering drawings.
* Apprentice trained/qualified is preferred but not essential.
* Experience with MK automated test unit preferred but not essential.
* Experience working within the Rail sector is preferred but not essential.
