Legal Secretary/ Administrator – Family LawLocation: RichmondOffice based£25k-29kFull time (could be considered on a part time basis with shorter hours every day) We are delighted to be working with a highly regarded law firm in their search for an experienced Legal Secretary/ Administrator to join their prestigious Family Law Team, based in Richmond. This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm renowned for its collaborative culture, career development opportunities, and exceptional client service. The RoleAs part of the Family Law Team, you will provide vital support in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. The team is widely respected for its expertise and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients. This role is based in the firm’s modern offices, located close to Richmond High Street and excellent transport links, offering an ideal environment for collaborative and flexible working. ResponsibilitiesYour role as Legal Secretary will include a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department, such as:
  • Document Preparation: Opening and managing case files, typing dictations, preparing court bundles, and completing legal forms.
  • Client & Compliance Support: Conducting client ID checks, preparing risk assessments, and providing client updates and cost estimates.
  • Administrative Duties: Managing billing, expenses, and team diaries, as well as arranging meetings with clients.
  • Marketing & Business Development: Supporting team members with marketing initiatives and assisting in the coordination of events.
