Join this growing, modern lawfirm as a Legal Secretary where you will provide legal secretarial support to a team of lawyers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy team of legal support staff in a law firm that puts people first and where there is opportunity to grow with the firm.

Our client is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated people with relationships skills, client focus, openness and a positive approach to work.

Key responsibilities:

- Diary management and arranging meetings for clients.

- File management and drafting documents

- Assist with risk and compliance assessments

- Assist with accounts; billing and expenses

- Answer telephone and emails

- Some networking and marketing work

- General administrative ad hoc work

What we are looking for:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of legal terminology would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication, organisational and team skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible and dependable, able to take the initiative
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
  • Able to quickly build confidence, respect and trust with others
  • Have a positive approach to daily tasks and have a solution focussed working method
