Office based, 9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday, possibility to work from home after 6 months.

One of the UK's leading reputable legal organisations are seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to join their Family Law department in their new, modern Richmond Office

As a Legal Assistant, you will be joining this friendly, empathetic, expert team, providing a supportive and collaborative service, delivering the best possible outcome and drive to continuously learn and improve.

Role:

  • File opening and management.
  • Dictation.
  • Court bundles and forms.
  • Client ID Checks.
  • Preparing Risk and Compliance Assessments.
  • Providing Cost Estimates and Client Updates.
  • Billing and expenses.
  • Diary management for the team and arranging meetings for clients.
  • Assist with marketing and business development events.

Requirements:

  • Possess strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
  • Have some knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and processes.
  • Display exceptional attention to detail.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
