A superb opportunity has arisen for a competent Paralegal (ideally LPC qualified), who has excellent working knowledge of the Private Client practice area, to join this prestigious and well respected law firm based in the heart of Surrey.

Duties as follows:

  • Proven experience within private client law.
  • To effectively manage your own case-load and support at Partner level.
  • To actively promote a client focused approach within the team
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • To manage a diverse range of cases for high net worth clients including complex wills and estate planning probate.
  • To manage LPA's and trusts within the private client team as a whole.
  • To confidently liaise with clients both on the phone and face to face.
  • To open, close and archive client files as required.
