This is an opportunity to work for a growing contractor who builds a wide range of schemes as asite manager if you get one well there could potentially be more work for you.
The project is a 24 unit, housing scheme.
They have brand new developments kicking off all overthe north.
As a site manager some of your duties will include:
- Closing out defects
- Managing the site
- Reporting into the contracts manager
- Strong communicator, building good team rapport
- Ensuring H&S and the programme is being followed
- Driving the project on to completion
- Using fieldview
