The Role:

This role would suit an HR Business Partner who has a broad range of HR skills and experience, including international exposure and will report directly to the HR Director.

This role is crucial for supporting restructuring and requires a hands-on approach to day-to-day employee relations cases, contract onboarding support, and more.

HR Business Partner

Salary: £60,000 to - £65,000 per annum

Role Domain and scope: UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa)

Job Type: 12-month Contract

Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week with an early finish on Fridays. Hybrid working can be offered.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Work closely with the HR Director, supporting across the full HR spectrum.
  • Handle day-to-day employee relations cases efficiently.
  • Support the onboarding process by creating and signing off on contract templates.
  • Provide HR support covering the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions.
  • Assist with restructuring process involving personnel adjustments, repurposing and redundancies.
  • Supporting on various HR related projects, providing essential research to be presented to the board

What would make your application stand out?

Experience of projects such as ED&I, restructuring, redundancies or change management.

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably with international exposure.
  • A good understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on HR related projects as directed
