We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated payroll and HR professional seeking to work part time with hours to suit your lifestyle! As the Payroll and Benefits specialist you would be working within the HR department to ensure continued accuracy and that the process is being run efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a progressive organisation with a passion for nutrition and animals!
Key needs for the role;
- Managing the payroll for a headcount of approx 300 employees
- Supporting with any queries and finding solutions or provide sound advise
- Share knowledge and guidance on tax, pension and mat/pat leave etc
- Build relationships with external benefit suppliers ensuring contracts are up to date, compliant and fit for purpose

You will be meticulous and solutions driven with a forward thinking approach. Candidates must be passionate and enthusiastic with the ability to collaborate with others. You must have a willingness to share ideas and add value that will help to drive the department forward.
