Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Year 4 Teacher to join this team on a full-time basis, starting in January 2025. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and effective lessons, promoting a love for learning, and contributing to the overall development of the students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the national curriculum for Year 4.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support individual growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and share best practices.
- Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning community.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum and effective teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
