Junior Property Consultant - Richmond - Full Training - £26k Basic, £45k OTE - Excellent Progression

As a Property Consultant you will ensure that we capture every opportunity to generate new business for the company and create, maintain, and nurture ongoing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Booking valuations into Lettings Managers’ diaries• Ensuring notes accompanying valuations are accurate and detailed• Sourcing new leads from a variety of targeted sources to convert into valuation bookings• Ensuring all leads are added to the database and followed up to arrange a valuation.• Cultivating a productive working relationship with Letting Branches & Property Services through regular contact and effective two-way management of expectations• Creating, expanding, and continually turning over pipeline of future business• Feeding back call/conversion information to Line Manager & Lettings Director• Managing personal commission account

• Generating management referrals

Key Skills and Experience:• Very strong written and verbal communication skills• Strong organisational and time management ability• Customer service/sales/telesales experience beneficial but not essential• Having an up-to-date working knowledge or interest of the London property market, with a specific focus on the relevant geographical area
