KiddyKare are looking for an Early Years Educator to join a well-established nursery in Richmond. 
Working 40 hours per week with a salary starting from £27,000.

Key Accountabilities 

• Fulfil your safeguarding responsibilities ensuring that children are kept safe and any concerns you have regarding children or colleges are reported appropriately and in line with polices. 
• Develop and maintain strong and positive relationships with children, families and colleagues 
• Effectively deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage ensuring that the individual needs and interest of children in the setting are met. 
• Take responsibility for your own continued learning and development, adapting positively to feedback and acquiring the skills and knowledge you need to deliver your role to the best of your ability. 
• Understand and comply with all polices and procedure and, where your understanding is uncertain, ask for support and additional training.

Person Specification 

•    Full and Relevant Level 2 and above Qualification in Early Years Education
•    Working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and current Ofsted statutory guidance.
•    Knowledge of and commitment to child protection, health and safety, equal opportunities and SEN/Inclusion
•    Experience of working as a key worker for a group of children and their families
•    Ability to observe, assess and report on children's behaviour
•    Empathy and understanding of children under five. 
•    Excellent verbal and communication skills with children and parents. 
•    Ability to write reports and keep clear and accurate records
