Techniche Global are supporting a leader in cyber security solutions to appoint a Golang Backend Developer and a Lead Developer to join their team in Richmond and contribute to the development and security of their flagship Phoenix Platform, a cutting-edge cyber security solution.
  Salary:         £50-70k; up to £85k (the Lead role)Location:             Richmond- hybrid (3-4 day onsite; 1-2 days WFH)Duration:            perm/ full-time  Both roles offer flexible working hours, performance and yearly bonuses, and professional development opportunities in a collaborative and innovative environment.  Golang Backend Developer:- In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain secure Golang-based microservices with a focus on security, scalability, and reliability. You’ll work alongside a cross-functional team implementing DevSecOps practices and ensuring security is embedded throughout the development process.
- Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience
- The Lead Developer will take on the same responsibilities as the Golang Backend Developer but will also lead the development team, divide tasks, and oversee the technical direction of projects.
- This role requires strong leadership and mentoring skills in addition to hands-on development expertise.
- Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum depending on experience
