Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education and helping students succeed?We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Graduate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team in Richmond on a full-time, long-term basis. This exciting opportunity is ideal for graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students in the classroom, both individually and in small groups, to help them achieve their learning goals.

  • Assisting the teacher in planning and delivering lessons.

  • Encouraging positive behavior and creating a focused, supportive learning environment.

  • Monitoring and tracking student progress and providing feedback to the teacher.

  • Supporting students with additional needs and helping to engage them in their studies.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in any subject (essential).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude to working in a classroom environment.
