We are working with a fantastic school in Richmond that is looking for a dedicated and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with experience in education or childcare who wants to make a real impact on students' learning and development.

The Role:

As an LSA, you will:? Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN, EAL, and additional needs.? Assist in differentiating learning materials to support student engagement.? Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to track progress and implement strategies.? Help manage classroom behaviour and student wellbeing.? Promote independent learning and confidence-building among students.

What We're Looking For:

?? Previous experience working with children (school, tutoring, youth work, or childcare settings).?? An understanding of SEN and inclusive education.?? Strong communication and teamwork skills.?? A patient, adaptable, and supportive approach.?? Teaching Assistant Level 2/3 qualification or a degree in Education/Psychology (preferred but not essential).?? An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
