Job Title – LUXURY TRAVEL SALES SPECIALIST

Salary – Basic plus bonus up to Β£40k

Location – RICHMOND

Hours – Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, and Saturdays 10am – 5pm on a rotational basis. We are open on Sundays 10am – 5pm for part of the year. Time off in lieu is given for weekend working.

We are looking for individuals who have proven sales experience ideally gained in a travel agency, tour operator or similar environment but we will consider sales experience from other industries.

The ideal candidate will fulfil the following criteria:

  • Experience of selling quality holidays with a tour operator or travel agency in a target driven environment
  • Customer facing experience
  • A proven sales background with a strong emphasis on customer service
  • Exceptional organisational skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • Flexibility
  • Driving licence useful
  • Fluency in French, Italian and Spanish is desirable

Ability to travel overseas is essential as a number of educational visits take place each year to ensure that staff have first-hand knowledge of their destinations.
