My Richmond based client requires an audio typist to join their admin team, with negotiable working hours, you will assist with various typing tasks, ensuring timely and precise document preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately type and format documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Manage and organise digital files and documents.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a typist or in a similar role.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and typing software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proof-reading skills.
The ideally working hours are 21 hours spanning over 3 days however this is negotiable for the successful candidate.
