Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, including P&L accounts, forecasts, and budget packs.
- Collaborate with management to optimize revenue and control costs effectively.
- Ensure accurate billing of revenues and maintain stringent cash control measures.
- Implement and oversee efficient control systems for payroll and expenditure management.
- Attend monthly board meetings to present financial insights and recommendations.
What Experience is Required
- Previous experience in a hospitality finance role or related operational position.
- Relevant financial qualification or progress towards one, with support for further training.
- Familiarity with payroll, productivity metrics, and financial management software.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum.
