As a Private Client Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of personal tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of personal tax advisory and compliance services to a varied client portfolio.
- Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies, addressing client-specific needs, such as estate planning and capital gains.
- Oversee and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Work closely with partners and other departments to enhance service offerings and business growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation, providing insights and guidance to clients and the team.
Requirements:
- CTA qualification is essential.
- Extensive experience in personal tax, ideally at a senior management level.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
