Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records for clients.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
• Assist with VAT returns, payroll, and tax submissions.
• Prepare basic financial reports and management accounts.
• Support in handling client queries and providing financial advice.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Work closely with senior accountants and managers to develop accounting skills.

Requirements

• A strong interest in accounting and finance.
• Currently studying or willing to study towards an accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) is an advantage.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
