An excellent opportunity for an Experienced CNC Turner to join a well-established company based in Rickmansworth, Herts.
Working Hours:Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:00pm - Friday 7:30am to 1:00pm.
Salary: Up to £45k (negotiable & depending on experience) Overtime paid at time and a half.

We offer 'The Complete Package’ by manufacture of parts and sub-assemblies complete to a wide range of customers in sectors including Aerospace, Defence, Oil & Gas, Motorsport (including Formula 1), Food/Scientific and Medical to name a few.
Due to the expansion of our CNC Turning Department, we are seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join our busy and expanding engineering team on a permanent basis.
Duties will include:
Programming, Setting and Operating Mazak CNC Lathes.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years CNC Turning experience of programming, setting and operating CNC Lathes.
- Ideally experienced with using Mazak machines / Mazatrol controls but not essential as training can be provided.
- A very good understanding of engineering drawings.
- Ability and knowledge of machining a range of materials to tight tolerances.
- Able to use various types of measuring equipment.
- Ability to work with the minimum of supervision.
- Previous experience of working in a similar sub contract manufacturing environment is preferred.
