The Role
As a key member of an HR team, you'll manage and maintain compensation data using both local and central HR systems. If you're passionate about driving payroll projects and enhancing the employee experience, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Maintain Compensation Data: Ensure accurate and timely input of pay and absence data across multiple payrolls.
Expert Advice: Provide expert assistance to employees on payroll matters.
Manage External Relationships: Oversee the day-to-day relationship with our clients external payroll supplier, ensuring they meet SLAs.
HRIS Management: Maintain the Workday HRIS system for compensation data related to starters, leavers, and transfers.
Support HR Business Partners: Assist with the annual pay review process and compile field bonus achievements and quarterly payments.
Global Coordination: Act as the main contact for overseas employees, liaising with external partners on global tax and mobility issues.
Reporting: Compile remuneration reports, including headcount, gender pay gap, and P11D reporting, in conjunction with the Tax Manager.
Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to systems, policies, and procedures.
Project Management: Lead and deliver compensation-related projects, ensuring compliance and alignment with industry standards.
